ELIGIBILITY
To place an order on samino.ae, you must:
Be at least 18 years of age. Be a resident of or have a valid delivery address in the UAE or a supported GCC country. Provide accurate and complete information when placing your order.
PRODUCTS
All products sold on samino.ae are everyday kidswear for children aged 0 to 6.
We make every effort to display our products accurately, including fabric details, colours, sizes, and descriptions. Colours may appear slightly different depending on your device screen. This does not constitute a defect.
Every Samino product is made from pure muslin or fine quality cotton. No polyester. No synthetic blends. This claim applies to all products without exception. If you receive a product that does not match this fabric description, contact us immediately.
We reserve the right to withdraw any product from sale at any time without notice.
PRICING
All prices on samino.ae are displayed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable under UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 8 of 2017 on Value Added Tax.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a technical error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund. We will inform you before doing so.
Promotional prices and discount codes are valid only for the period and conditions stated at the time of the promotion.
ORDERS
Placing an Order
When you place an order on samino.ae, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products at the stated price.
An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order. Your order is accepted when we send you a dispatch confirmation.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or stock unavailability. If we cancel your order, we will notify you and issue a full refund within the timeframe stated in Section 10.
Order Accuracy
It is your responsibility to review your order before submitting it. This includes verifying the products selected, sizes, quantities, and delivery address.
We cannot amend an order once it has been dispatched. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist before dispatch.
PAYMENT
We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout on samino.ae.
All payments are processed securely through our payment gateway provider. We do not store your card details.
Payment is taken at the time of placing your order. If payment fails, your order will not be confirmed.
By providing payment details, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.
DELIVERY
Delivery Areas
We currently deliver within the UAE. GCC delivery availability is displayed at checkout.
Delivery Timeframes
We aim to dispatch all orders within the timeframes displayed on our website at the time of purchase. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors outside our control, including courier delays and public holidays.
We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by you.
Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
Free delivery thresholds, where applicable, are stated on the website and may change without prior notice.
Failed Delivery
If a delivery attempt fails because no one is available to receive it and the courier cannot leave the parcel safely, you will be responsible for any redelivery charges.
If a parcel is returned to us due to failed delivery or an incorrect address provided by you, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional delivery charges may apply.
Risk and Ownership
Ownership of products and risk of loss or damage transfers to you at the point of delivery.
EXCHANGES
We offer a 5 day exchange policy from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be:
Unworn and unwashed. In its original condition with all tags attached. Returned in its original packaging where possible.
We do not accept exchanges on the following:
Products that have been worn, washed, or altered. Products returned after the 5 day exchange window. Products purchased during a final sale or non-exchangeable promotion.
How to Request an Exchange

within 5 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the reason for the exchange. We will confirm the exchange process and provide the return address.
You are responsible for the cost of returning the product to us unless the product is faulty or incorrectly sent.
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your exchange within 5 business days.
FAULTY OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at

We will either replace the product or issue a full refund, including return delivery costs, at your choice.
This does not affect your rights under UAE Consumer Protection Law.
REFUNDS
We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
Refunds are issued only in the following circumstances:
The product is faulty or damaged on arrival. The product received is not what was ordered. We cancel your order due to stock unavailability or a pricing error.
Where a refund is due, we will process it within 7 to 14 business days of confirming the issue. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
CONSUMER PROTECTION
Your purchases from samino.ae are protected under UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection and its implementing regulations.
Under this law, you have the right to receive products that match their description and are fit for purpose. You have the right to receive accurate information about the products you are buying. You have the right to file a complaint with the UAE Ministry of Economy if your consumer rights are not met.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits or excludes your statutory rights under UAE consumer protection law.
VAT
Samino complies with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 8 of 2017 on Value Added Tax.
VAT is applied to eligible products at the current UAE rate. The applicable VAT amount is displayed in your order summary before checkout.
